  1. First meeting

    We talk about where your company stands today and what its priorities are. You set the agenda; the meeting carries no obligation.

  2. Confidentiality

    Findings are shared only with the management that commissioned the work; we talk about patterns, not individuals.

  3. What we ask of your team

    A single interview of no more than 150 minutes with each participant; opening and closing meetings of no more than 120 minutes each.

  4. Afterwards

    The diagnosis is complete once the report is delivered. If you wish, we also walk the implementation together.

Data processed: full name, company, role, email, phone (if given) and the note you write.

Purpose and legal basis: to respond to your meeting request and plan the meeting; Turkish data protection law (KVKK) art. 5/2-c (directly related to entering into a contract) and art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest).

Storage and transfer: your details are not stored on the web server; they are forwarded by email to the info@hcbc.com.tr mailbox. They are not transferred to third parties or abroad, and are deleted once the request is concluded unless there is a legal obligation to keep them.
